Thank you for shopping with COR. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Limited releases or high-volume drops

  • Holidays or promotional periods

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

COR is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

COR is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply if an order must be resent.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

COR is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Packages left unattended by the carrier

We recommend using a secure delivery location or tracking updates provided by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Original packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes or brokerage charges

COR has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Shipping Disputes

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds

  • Carrier issues do not override COR’s Final Sale Policy

  • Chargebacks filed for shipping-related issues may be contested with carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
